These Terms govern your use of Household Routine Tracker (the “Service”), provided through SHINBLOG TOOLS. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service helps you record recurring household tasks and estimates a next date from the interval you choose. Every next-date estimate is informational only. It is not a guarantee that a task is necessary, timely, or sufficient.

2. Health, safety, and maintenance

• The Service does not guarantee the hygiene or safety of your home, equipment, food, or other property.
• Always follow the replacement and maintenance guidance supplied by a product manufacturer or qualified professional.
• Do not rely on the Service alone for legally required inspections, critical equipment maintenance, fire safety, emergency planning, or security checks.

3. Your data

You are responsible for exporting and safely storing JSON backups when needed. Data may be lost because of device failure, cleared browser storage, network interruption, or an outage at a third-party provider. Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, we are not responsible for loss or corruption of data unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

4. Accounts

If you use Google sign-in, you are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, secure your Google account and contact us through the feedback page.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights or privacy;
• gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
• interfere with, overload, probe, or exploit the Service;
• impersonate another person or use the Service deceptively; or
• engage in conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the Service or its users.

6. Intellectual property

The software, text, images, interface, and other Service content are owned by the operator or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them beyond what applicable law permits without authorization.

7. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, incident response, legal compliance, or operational reasons. Advance notice may not always be possible.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be error-free, continuously available, complete, compatible with every device, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss, or lost profits arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or our operations change. Material updates will be announced on this page or through the Service. Updated Terms apply when posted.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court for the operator’s location in Japan.
