These Terms govern your use of 52–17 Focus (the “Service”), provided by SHINBLOG TOOLS. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

The Service is a web-based time-management tool built around 52 minutes of focus followed by a 17-minute break. It does not guarantee productivity, learning outcomes, health benefits, or any other result.

2. Important cautions

• Use the Service only within limits appropriate for your health and work.
• Do not operate the Service while driving, performing hazardous work, or in situations that require your full attention.
• End sounds may not play when the screen is locked, the browser is in the background, or the device or browser restricts audio. Do not rely on the Service alone for safety-critical timing or important appointments.

3. Data storage

Tasks, settings, and focus history are mainly stored in the browser you are using. They are not automatically synced to other devices or browsers. Data may be lost when browser data is cleared, the device fails, or the Service changes.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Violating laws or public order
• Unauthorized access, interference, or placing excessive load on the Service or related systems
• Impersonating others or infringing the rights or privacy of others
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Service

5. Intellectual property

Rights in the software, text, images, design, and other content belong to the operator or their lawful owners. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute them beyond what applicable law permits.

6. Changes and suspension

The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice for maintenance, incident response, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” The operator does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or compatibility with every device or browser. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when necessary. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes relating to the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the operator’s location.
