1. About the Service
The Service lets visitors browse quotes by theme, like and share quotes, and submit quotes for review. A general visitor account is not required.
2. User submissions
You may submit a category, a quote, and an optional author name. If no author is entered, “Anonymous” is shown. Submissions are not published immediately. Only submissions approved after review appear publicly.
You should submit content only when you have the necessary rights or another legitimate basis to have it displayed. You allow the operator to review, format, display, and manage the submission as reasonably needed to operate the Service.
3. Review, non-publication, and removal
The operator may decline, hide, request changes to, or remove a submission based on its content, rights concerns, duplication, service policy, or other operational considerations. Detailed moderation criteria or individual reasons may not always be provided.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, reputation, or other third-party rights
- False author attribution, impersonation, or misleading source information
- Discriminatory, threatening, harassing, unlawful, excessively violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Spam, bulk promotional submissions, unauthorized access, or activity that places an unreasonable load on the Service
- Other conduct the operator reasonably considers inconsistent with the purpose of the Service
5. Published content and third-party rights
Quotes, author names, and sources may involve third-party rights. If you believe content should be reviewed, contact us and identify the relevant item. We will consider correction, hiding, or removal as appropriate.
6. Changes and interruptions
The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational, maintenance, or technical reasons. When practical, significant changes will be announced through the Service.
7. Disclaimer
The Service does not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or continuously available. Use the Service according to your own judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible beyond a reasonable scope for losses arising from use or inability to use the Service.
