1. Acceptance

These Terms govern use of the free Amidakuji web application (the “Service”) provided by SHINBLOG TOOLS. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service provides

The Service lets you configure players and outcomes and run an animated ladder lottery for free, without an account. Browser local storage may be used to retain the current ladder.

3. Unacceptable use

• Illegal activity or interference with the rights of others
• Unauthorized access, disruption, or excessive traffic
• Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or malicious use of the contact form
• Any activity that harms other users or undermines operation of the Service

4. Results and limitations

Ladders and results are generated locally in the browser. The Service is designed with fairness in mind, but does not guarantee cryptographically verifiable randomness, suitability for high-stakes decisions, or compliance with laws relating to gambling or prize drawings. You are responsible for deciding whether it is appropriate for your purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited for losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

5. Changes and availability

We may modify, interrupt, or discontinue the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

6. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service’s code, design, and content remain with their respective owners. Rights to text entered by users remain with the appropriate rights holders.

We may revise these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms will be published on this page.
